Atomization can be carried out with a rotary atomizer, a pressure nozzle or a two fluid nozzle. In two fluid nozzles, compressed air supplies most of the energy required to atomize the feed liquid. Two fluid nozzles can produce very fine atomization. they are used in laboratory and small plants to produce fine powder.
